The Concert Hall is one of the few venues having a 21' x 60' stage with a sizeable back stage area including three floors of dressing rooms.  A multifunctional room, it can range in use from gala dinners for up to 600 guests to stand up cocktail receptions for 1500 guests.  The balcony level allows for additional theatre style seating, and when combined with main floor seating, offers a total theatre capacity of 1,200 people seated, ideal for AGMs, live theatre, concerts and cinema.  In addition to its architectural beauty, this space was well known for having the "best acoustics in North America", according to famed pianist Glenn Gould.
