Buzzing with Excitement

From ice sculpture centrepieces and instrument-shaped chocolates, to a full orchestra and a candy shop, this gala was like no other!

To kick the evening off, guests filtered into the Grand Foyer to enjoy some pre-concert bites. The room was buzzing with excitement around the classic poutine and slider bar.

The aroma of roasted halibut and Ontario beef tenderloin filled the Round Room as a three-course plated dinner was served. Dessert included a chocolate violin with a butterscotch budino, but this was far from the final course! With a cocktail in hand and appetites satisfied, guests made their way into the Concert Hall for an unforgettable symphony.

Following the show, the evening wrapped up with three delectable late-night stations. From dips, crudités and charcuterie, to mini desserts and a candy bar, the musicians weren’t the only stars of this memorable event!
